If you are like me and looking for an all natural ingredient list to your baby’s eczema cream and something that works, then you are looking at what is posted. However, the ingredients in this product are not so few and simple. It’s actually full of preservatives that I prefer not to put on my baby’s skin. Does not smell good and has sources such as parabens and alcohol. Whether it works or not I’m not ok with these additives and wanted something completely natural. I believe this is false advertising. Posted pic of the additional card of ingredients they attached to the product when it arrived.

My 8 month old baby has had red cracked skin on the back of her knees for 5 months and has developed dry red patches of skin on her body since it's gotten colder out. Her pediatrician never called it eczema but her skin is sensitive and dry. I've used coconut oil, waxelene, and a Shea butter lotion 2-3 times daily since birth and nothing moisturizes enough. This cream has shown significant improvement in TWO days! I put this on her body for the last two days several times throughout the day, the redness behind knees is gone and other dry patches are much better. It's a splurge but worth it. It's not greasy or heavy and has no smell (I love that aspect). I got the 4 oz tub, it will last a few months even with twice daily application because it spreads well.

4 years later, I tried to repurchase this product for my third baby. I accidentally bought the "balm" which is a greasy mess akin to chapstick and did nothing to help my baby's eczema. An expensive mistake. I reordered the correct product - this cream - and am so happy I did because its just as good as it was with my first child.

Miraculous recovery! We re-ordered this product and we're loving it!
This was for my little brother (age11) who's having severe atopic skin wounds around the folded areas including the elbows, wrists, knees, and back of his neck. I was bit worried to buy this product since his skin is VERY sensitive and he always complained about how it hurts to apply such organic products on his wounds.
So I first ordered the smallest size of the cream. Apparently, it absorbs well and moisturize the skin really well. Not heavy, no oily residue, but leaves the skin very soft. The smell is also nice, no irritation on the skin, according to my brother.
We've been using this cream for three weeks(twice a day), and already we're seeing some progress. Never expected this to work this well and I'm currently regreting for not taking the "BEFORE pictures" for this review. Very satisfied, glad to find out about this product, and want to recommend the cream to anyone who's dealing with the same problem (severe eczema w/ very sensitive skin).

This stuff is THE. BEST. My daughter has very sensitive skin. She has a mild case of keratosis, especially on the back of her arms, and he skin becomes so dry in the wintertime that she gets little patches of eczema on her arms, back, chest and thighs. I've searched high and low for a lotion with all-natural ingredients that both moisturizes and protects my baby's skin. Eureka! I have found it. Not only has her keratosis improved (despite her pediatrician telling me that it likely never would, I matter what I use) but her eczema patches are gone and her skin is soft and supple. Also, unlike a lot of natural products, this smells DELISH. A *very* light cocoa smell that is pleasant and not remotely overpowering. The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4/5 stars is because it's so darn expensive. If I had the time or energy I could probably make something very similar at home, but I don't soooo... I only use it twice a week because of the expense, and coconut oil my daughter up between applications. I can only imagine how perfect her skin would be if I could afford to apply this stuff every day. Anywho, but it! You'll like it.

And no, I was not given a free product in exchange for my review. Though if the company were so inclined, I'd be super appreciative. 😉

It is a nice-smelling, very thick lotion. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because for my baby it didn't work well as an eczema cream. I showed this lotion to two of my daughter's doctors and they both liked the ingredients, but our dermatologist told me it would probably be better to put plain honey on the skin - when she's much older to avoid the risk of her ingesting it and becoming infected with botulism.

If you're looking for natural eczema relief, this is my advice: My daughter has eczema on her face and I've been trying everything I can to heal it naturally. Unfortunately the only thing that works is hydrocortisone (steroids). It works super fast but as soon as I stop using it, it comes back JUST as fast. The dermatologist told us to use virgin coconut oil on the eczema and eliminate gluten and dairy from our diet (mainly my diet as I'm still breastfeeding). After just a couple of weeks I already notice an improvement. In the morning her skin isn't raw and oozing from her scratching all night. Good luck to everyone else who is dealing with eczema on their poor babies!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff. I bought it years ago (and every few months since!) when my toddler had eczema and this was the ONLY lotion we tried that didn't make her scream. In fact, she started ASKING for it! And it cleared up so much quicker with this cream. It has a lovely heavy feel to it in the jar, very luxurious, but doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin. Very absorbent. Smells like lotion- a little aloe-y, a little soapy, which in a family of sensitive noses is a plus! This is the BEST cream to put on after a sun or wind burn. Even my husband, Lotion-Hater, uses this. Absolutely love this lotion.
