It was a coincidental meeting halfway around the world that inspired the idea for Daniel Wellington.

Watch authentic but packaging is not.
Watch is 100% authentic. I went and bought the same identical watch from Bloomingdales just so I could compare and they were identical in every aspect from the case, hands, crowns, front, back, writings, distances of where the writings are, engravings, the NATO strap, including the tool. However, the box that the watch comes in is different than the one that Bloomingdales came in. I also checked online as well as other stores and they all came in the same packages as the Bloomingdales watch. The box from Amazon order was made from the same quality material and felt the same to the touch but it's different design. The ONLY thing that made me really suspicious is the manual. The manual is CLEARLY not authentic or original and was totally different than the Bloomingdales watch. It's smaller, the small envelope case it comes in was not put together well, sort of falling apart, kind of a bad glue job. Also the manual in general, the paper was not cut straight, it was cut at an angle and the paper quality felt cheap. Overall, I am 100% sure the watch is authentic but can't say the same about the box and envelope. See my pictures of the whole package, box and watch. You can easily Google Daniel Wellington watch box and compare it to the picture I posted and you can see the difference yourself.
