Very comfortable, but fall apart quickly!!
I must admit that these are my favorite shoes ever, but they are already falling apart and they will not exchange them. I just purchased these on January 20, 2017 and the sides are separating. I only wear these about 4 times a week for walking. This is the second pair that I have purchased and had the same problem, but I thought that it was because I got the first pair on clearance a few years ago and just glued the tips and sides. I spent way to much money on this pair to do that!!

It took me a few tries to get my size right, but I found an athletic shoe I love and that my podiatrist approves. I was measured at an 8, but I ended up with an 8.5. To be specific, an 8.5D bc I needed more room in the toe box. I've had many compliments on the style. I am 40, not 20, and yet I am definitely not willing to look like 1) an old person or 2) a person with foot problems. As for all else, it is supportive and comfortable. I have noticed improvement already with my plantar fasciitis and right heel spur. I do wear inserts, too, though. Again, recommendation by my podiatrist to build up my arch. The 1260s are also good for my pronation issues. This is the most confident I've ever felt with a new pair of athletic shoes. If going barefoot is no longer an option for me, I will wear these shoes without complaint.

I am an overweight jogger who has problems with overpronating. I have tried so many athletic shoes and these are the first that are EXTREMELY comfortable. The support is outstanding on all angles, and for the first time ever, I can do my jogs and not be dying of foot pain afterward. I heeded the other reviews and ordered 1/2 a size higher than my usual size, which turned out to be an excellent idea. The 1/2 size higher is a tiny, tiny bit loose but not enough to be distracting or cause the show to slip off during exercise. Had I gotten it in my size, I think it would have been way too tight and uncomfortable to move in. Pricey but very well-worth the money spent. Thank you, New Balance!

The only downside is that after 3 weeks of running 3 times a week, the shoe ripped where the sole connects to the meshy fabric. I still love these but compared to the other pairs of new balance shoes, these weren't made as sturdy. The laces that came with the shoes were also too short to do the loop lacing lock through the top eyelet.

Product seems like a good shoe. The issue I have appears to be when selecting a size 7 and the euro size defaults to 40. When you check this with the new balance size conversion it's only a 6.5 which is what was supplied. I bought these because of good reviews for plantar fasciitis but I am yet to test. Amazon were unable to supply correct size and I have a refund. Watch out is on size, especially when I hold this against my mizuno runners it seems there is more than a half size difference so you may need Togo up. Half a size from normal fit.
