    I have been dealing with post-menopausal nightly hot flashes for almost 6 years. I have tried costly supplements that were directly labeled for menopause/hot flashes and found some relief, but nothing ever made my hot flashes completely go away.     I used to be very active and the all the sudden I wasn't. In retrospect there was a decline but I didn't pay attention until I physically just stopped. My emotions were all over the place which is just not normal for me. Then I began having hot flashes and it dawned on me, I AM IN MENOPAUSE.

    I'm 48 and honestly didn't think I was anywhere near menopause age, but I finally went and had blood work done. (This was last July) My hormones were so low they were almost nonexistent. She, my dr, put pellets in and tried a few other things to get me balanced. I was even prescribed an antidepressant because I had literally no drive. Nothing she did worked. Nothing. I was already doing a ton of research about menopause and hormones because I was sick of laying in the bed feeling absolutely terrible. I found black cohosh and decided to give it a try. The FIRST DAY I took it I saw a HUGE difference. I worried because it said it could make you drowsy but that was definitely not the case with me. I've had ZERO hot flashes. My mood is stabilized and I quit taking the antidepressant. I was never sad, but I wasn't exactly happy. Menopause is a cruel cruel parting gift, but black cohosh has literally changed my life. I only ordered one bottle because I didn't wanna waist money if the results were gonna be the same as everything else, but now? I'm ordering a WAY MORE. How long does menopause last? I don't know but that's how long I'll be ordering this!!

    I’m 59 years and started having night sweats 10 years ago. I got on this Black Cohash and it worked GREAT. I had previously bought a different product with much much less mg’s and they were totally ineffective . I discontinued it after a couple years, hoping the night sweats were phasing but….they weren’t. I started back up a few months ago. I started with 2 daily and adjusted a little here and there, and have found taking just 1 late afternoon did the trick. I do love this product. I didn’t notice this before but I have definitely gained 3,4 lbs since I started back up. I guess one has to weigh the pros and cons and at this point, I like sleeping through the night. GREAT SUPPLEMENT!

    If yr having unbearable hot flashes or night sweats, this is likely the answer. Always talk to your doctor first of course. This is a high dosage and you should be monitored. I will go to a much lower dose, once I know the hot flashes and night sweats are under control. My mood has improved m, great value for the amount you get, it's absolutely effective, no taste. Idk about sleep as I use other supplements (magnesium threonate and melatonin) but I sleep better than I have in years, maybe it does help, but I cant be sure.
