As a fourth-year medical student, I just slip these on and go on my way. They are just the right amount of casual and professional, and these shoes are still holding up even after a year and half of almost daily use. I wouldn't wear them to more important events like an interview, but they serve their purpose in clinic and are pretty comfortable. I may re-order again for intern year next year.
