I have had this mouse for almost a month and I absolutely love it! The battery holds a charge for a very long time and even if it dies, you just plug it in to the wire that goes to the base and you still have a mouse. The buttons work really well though I must admit to not using them very often. I like to keep my WoW gaming pretty simple and I am used to playing with just the five buttons that I had on my old mouse. I like the way it looks and feels the most. I nice big chunky mouse is exactly what I have always wanted. I also love the glowing blue WoW logo and runes on it.
I read a review that complained that the charging dock was bad and he could not tell when it was charging and I disagree with that. I find that it is POSSIBLE to move the mouse in such a way within the dock to make it so it does not charge, but gravity will typically guide it to the charging position every time. Also, it is quite easy to see that it is charging by the red dot on the side. Maybe that was something they fixed recently?
About the only thing I can say negative is that if you have this mouse and your significant other is a bit "technically challenged" you may have to make some concessions to keep them from telling you what a "piece of garbage" this mouse is. I find that when you are going to be away from your computer for a while and they might use your computer, simply plug the mouse directly into the wire for ease of use for them. This will avoid any unpleasantness that may have otherwise occurred. Also, it will charge too. Sometimes it just takes a moment for the base to recognize the mouse and start to work. A moment which is all some folks need to start complaining about how I wasted my money with this mouse. Technology folks. It is not for everyone.
